How I Can Help

Individual Grief and Loss counselling/ coaching.

Person-centred grief coaching enables you to understand your loss and how it is affecting you and your life. Grief can be a very intense experience and the emotions that come up, and the processing of them do often benefit through being consciously processed.

One of the ways of processing your grief and finding your healing pathway is to talk through it with one (or more) person (s) and having your grief listened to, understood and witnessed. By talking, or writing about (journalling) your grief, your experience becomes easier to make sense of and to understand how you may now move through it. It is not a quick fix.

If you prefer to meet one-to-one sessions are available in person and online.

For 2026, If you are with a private health fund that I have a provider number for, you may be eligible for a rebate. These include Medibank Private/ AHM/ Bupa/ Regional Health Fund Group such as Teachers and Police.

Grief & Loss Support Groups occur from time to time depending on demand.

Hybrid Grief Support Groups are now available: A combination of participating members attending in person (at a Tranmere venue in Adelaide Eastern suburbs) as well as online on zoom. So, if you live at a distance, it is still an option to attend a support group from the comfort of your own home.

This saves time travelling, whether you have your own transport or not. And allows you to attend if you have other challenges as well.

Online only grief support groups may also be arranged later.

For my online programs, I am using a secure and confidential platform.

There is already a free presentation that you can watch through this link. It is titled 5 Steps to Life Beyond Loss. This gives you an overview of loss and grief so that you can approach your healing in a way that is bit by bit rather than feel overwhelmed.

Grieving a loved one’s death is often extremely intense and overwhelming, especially at the start. Hopefully this prerecorded video will give you a bit of hope and help you make some sense of how you are feeling.

You will be required to register for the course you want to enrol in, and to create a password for your account on this platform. This password will be the same however many courses you enrol in. They will be stored in your account. Please make a note of your password.

The programs on this platform will be added to over time, so please check in every now and then to see if any more programs have been added. You may subscribe to my newsletter and updates here. While grief is currently the major topic, other programs added will be around wellbeing, personal development, healing, and spirituality and growth.

There are two paid Online Grief Programs that you may find helpful. Each program has three similar different support levels – first- silver level, second- gold level, and third is platinum level. The costs go up from Silver to Platinum.

Each has six-month access – you only need to do one level – due to the amount of support you feel you need.

The first is Your Bereavement Journey – for those people who wish to address their loss of a loved one through bereavement.

The second program is titled Adjusting to Life Changes & Loss and is for those people who have experienced other kinds of major loss, such as the loss of a job, retirement, possessions, home, any kind of loss except that of death.
